Dispatch & Deliveries Policy

Pick-ups

  • We allow pick-ups by appointment only. As we are an online store and don’t have a physical shop.

Handling Time

  • Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.

 

Shipping

  • Orders ship from our premises in Perth

  • Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart.

  • If you would like Signature Required or Authority to leave, please put this in the checkout comments.

  • When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification that includes the tracking number.

Delivery

  • Delivery time estimates can be found on the Australia Post website, Express Post and Parcel section https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times

  • Various postal / courier companies process packages or schedule deliveries are out of our control.

  • For delivery queries, please contact the courier company / postal service directly.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us, and we will look into it for you.

Acceptance of Goods

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues. There is a limited time goods can be returned.
